Made in the Canaries. Islagenda is the booking website and phone diary for appointment businesses in the Canary Islands. In about 30 seconds your website is set up with your services, prices, hours and photos. 1. **Choose one of your sector’s designs**, check it and publish. If you prefer, we set it up with you in a 30-minute video call. 1. **Share your link or the counter QR code.** Clients see free slots, choose service, team member and time, and the appointment lands in your diary. More detail in [How it works](https://islagenda.com/en/tour). ## What does it do for your business? - Your booking website: only your business appears on it, never your competitors. - A diary by day and week: confirm, move or cancel with one tap, and block slots without cancelling appointments. - Up to 3 team members, each with their own login and hours. - An alert on your phone with each new booking. - WhatsApp reminders in one click and a waiting list for the slot that frees up. - Who is due back according to how often they come, with the message already written. - A card for each client with visits, usual services and notes. Import your list from Excel or CSV and download it whenever you like. - Google reviews: after each appointment, the app tells you who to ask. - GPS clocking in for the team, only within the radius of your premises. - IslaCoins: 2.5% of each booking goes back to the client to spend with you or at businesses in other sectors, never at your competitors. ## How do your clients book? From your website or by scanning the counter QR code, with nothing to download and no account: just their name and mobile. They only see free slots and can change or cancel from their link. ## How is it different from Booksy, Fresha or Treatwell? Booksy, Fresha and Treatwell are marketplaces: they show you next to other businesses and charge for bringing you new clients. Islagenda is not a marketplace: it gives you your own website, with no fee until 2028, and charges 5% per booking made through it. Depending on what you need, one or the other may suit you. So you know before you start: - WhatsApp reminders are sent with one click from the app: they do not go out on their own yet. Clients who use Mi Isla do get them automatically on their phone if you switch on the automatic diary. - Taking a deposit when booking is prepared but not switched on yet. - It is not clinical records software: it keeps visits and notes, not clinical records. - More than 3 team members: there is no published price. Write to us for a proposal. ## Questions ### Is Islagenda free? There is no fee until 31 December 2027, no setup cost and no card. There is 5% per booking or sale made through Islagenda, and half goes back to the client as IslaCoins. From 2028 there is also a fee of €39.99 a month going down to €29.99, IGIC included. ### Does it work on my island? Yes, on all eight. Everything is online and we help you by WhatsApp or video call, on Canary Islands time. ### Do my clients have to download an app? No. They book on your website with their name and mobile, with no account. ### Is there a minimum term? No. Leave whenever you like. The data is yours: we hand it back or it is gradually deleted within 30 days. ### Can I bring my clients from another app? Yes.
