In a clinic, reception time goes on the phone. With the booking website, patients choose consultation, practitioner and time at any hour, and for those who prefer to call you add the appointment with one tap. Each service keeps its length and the website only offers slots where it fits completely.
Islagenda is the diary and booking website, not clinical records software: the card keeps visits, usual services and notes, and you keep clinical records wherever you keep them today. There is a GDPR data processing agreement, automatic backups and data download in an Excel file.

Does it work as clinical records?
No. It is the diary, the booking website and a card with visits and notes. You keep clinical records in your usual software.
Can I see and change appointments on my phone?
Yes. The Mi local app works on phone and computer: confirm, move or cancel with one tap, and it alerts you to every new booking.
What happens if a patient cancels?
The slot is offered again on your website and the waiting list is told.
