With a dog on the table you cannot answer the phone. With the booking website, owners choose service and time on their own and an alert reaches your phone. Each service keeps its length: a 15-minute nail trim and a 90-minute wash and cut never overlap.
A dog comes back every month or two, and hardly anyone remembers to book in time. The app shows who is due back according to how often they come, with the WhatsApp message already written, and the card keeps your notes on each client.
